August 3-7 (Sunday-Thursday)*

*If you are seriously interested in a second session (August 8-12), please let me know.

Fees:
Fees include all meals, lodging, activities, insurance, awards, camp shirt, and camp photo.
• $500 per RESIDENT runner registered (i.e. completed materials received) by June 1, $550 registered after June 1.
• $375 per DAY runner (includes meals) registered by June 1, $375 registered after June 1.
• Ask about multi-child, multi-week and team discounts.

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration date is the day your completed paperwork & fee are received by NEPXC. Incomplete paperwork & fee will be returned to you—this means that you may miss the June 1 fee date if the materials you send in near June 1 are incomplete.

Registrations will be accepted as space allows through July 15. An e-mail confirmation will be issued upon receipt of payment & paperwork.

Completed materials include:
• signed and completed registration/medical form(s)(download forms from here)
• camp fee (see above)—please make checks payable to "Tim Longacre"—$25 returned check fee
